Picking a paddle

I'm new to pickleball — which paddle should I start with?: The S1 Play if you want a single paddle with room to grow. The S1 Play Setif you’re buying for two — two paddles plus two balls, ready out of the box. Both feel premium without overwhelming a beginner.
What's the difference between the S1 Strike and S1 Pro Carbon?: The S1 Strike uses our Fusion Tech face — fiberglass + carbon fiber — for a balance of pop and feel. The S1 Pro Carbon goes all-in on raw 3K carbon fiber with a thermoformed unibody for a firmer, more predictable response. Strike is for advancing players figuring out their style; Pro is for competitive players who already know what they want.
14mm or 16mm — which thickness?: 14mm is punchier and more responsive — better for fast hands and counter-attacks. 16mm is softer with more touch — better for control, dinking, and resets. Most advancing players gravitate to 16mm; aggressive players stay 14mm.
Are Swingooo paddles USAPA approved?: Our current lineup is built for recreational and club play and isn't currently USAPA-listed for sanctioned tournaments. We'll update the spec sheet on each PDP if that changes.

How much does shipping cost?: Standard $10 (2–5 business days). Express $17 (1–2 business days). Free standard shipping on every order over $99.
Where do you ship?: Australia-wide only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up for the newsletter (coming soon) for the announcement.
When will my order ship?: Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
How do I track my order?: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on the way. If you don’t see it within two business days, check your spam folder or email support@swingooo.com.au.

What's your return policy?: 30-day return on unused items in original condition. We accept all unused paddles, unopened ball sets, and unused accessories for refund or exchange.
What if my order arrives faulty?: Email returns@swingooo.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost — return shipping included.
Who pays return shipping?: For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For faulty items or items damaged on arrival, we cover everything.
Are any items final sale?: No items are final sale by default. If a specific promotion is marked otherwise, it'll say so on the product page before you buy.

Where are Swingooo paddles made?: Designed in Australia, manufactured locally and globally with carefully selected partners who meet our build specs. Tested on AU courts before any paddle ships.
How should I care for my paddle?: Wipe the face with a damp cloth after play to remove court grit. Don't leave it in a hot car — heat warps cores over time. Replace the grip every 6–12 months depending on play frequency.
Do you sell replacement grips?: Not yet. On the roadmap — email support@swingooo.com.au if you need one urgently and we'll work something out.
Can I use Swingooo balls indoor?: Our S40 series is engineered for outdoor courts. They'll work indoors but the bounce profile is tuned for outdoor conditions. We'll add an indoor ball when there's enough demand.

Which payment methods do you accept?: All major credit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your device. Promo codes (like Swing15) can be applied at checkout.
Is GST included in prices?: Swingooo is currently under the GST registration threshold, so prices are GST-not-applicable. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get an invoice?: Yes — Stripe sends a receipt to your email automatically. If you need a custom invoice with your business details, email support@swingooo.com.au.
